My excellent Community Development skills stem from my ability to work with a broad range of individuals this has often included diverse cultures or special needs. I possess an ability to negotiate and listen to others. I am innovative in creating programs that assist people to achieve their goals. Current trends and areas of the communities interest are something that I easily establish. I am able to expand on concepts and make projects multi-dimensional.
