Storytelling is how we understand the world. We tell stories to educate and entertain, when interpreting a scenario we often go to the stories we have learned in order to comprehend the meaning or outcome of that interaction. I have always been fascinated with how stories may captivate our imagination. I am particularly fascinated in how young children interact with unguarded enjoyment and enthusiasm with a story. I was drawn to improvisation and narrative due to that feeling of freedom and possibility.
